I'd like to start this blog by giving thanks to all my readers!! 114 view today I am so excited!! I have a sugar-free dessert to share with everyone. My famous sugar-free cheese cake... yum!! Xylitol and Stevia are my heroes, these wonderful ingredients can be found at a Health Food Store. They are sweet and virtually calorie free. They are great for diabetics and anyone wanting to keep those extra holiday pounds off.
2 8oz Organic cream cheese
1 Cup of xylitol
2 Packs of stevia
4 Organic eggs
A pinch of sea salt
Mix all together and pour into the crust, now I make my own crust instead of that high calorie one that is pre-made.
Crust:
Almond flour and melted organic butter, all I do is pour the melted butter and almond flour into the bake dish and mold them onto the bottom. Put it in the oven for 15 minutes before pouring the cheese cake batter.
Bake the cheese cake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown...And there you have it SUGAR-FREE CHEESE CAKE.
A quick word about Xylitol, although xylitol tastes exactly like sugar, it is definitely not and it's good for you. While sugar wreaks havoc on the body, xylitol heals and repairs. It also builds immunity, protects against chronic disease, reduces germs, pollutants, irritants from sticking to the tissue and has anti-aging benefits...Thanks for reading and Sweet, Sweet dreams..Sfly
