Did you have too much to eat?



The Holidays are here and there is a lot of food on the table. We all are having more to eat than usual. It is very important that we take care of our bodies during these times. We are also drinking more alcoholic beverages that tax the liver. Now, I'm not trying to be a party pooper because I intend to enjoy myself too, however, I have great ways to care for your body while still having a great time.

Tip#1
Take your enzymes, Why? because most of our food does not contain enough (enzymes are your workers they digest food, they send vitamin/minerals to the cells & eliminate toxic waste) so if we don't get them in our food source then our bodies will rob them from the reserve to be able to function normally, especially when you over eat so please help yourself and take your enzymes!

Tip#2
If you had too much to drink and wake up with a hangover...(I know that feeling...lol) Take 2 dropper full of Dandelion tincture with lots of water (not tap water). Dandelion cleans out the liver and helps detox so you will start feeling better fast.

Tip#3
If you had too much of potatoes, rice, breads or sugary desserts all of these foods raise the blood sugar and can really pack on the pounds. Take chromium picolinate this supplement has been a breakthrough in balancing glucose levels, metabolism, weight loss and even high blood pressure. Chromium picolinate reduces sugar and carbohydrate cravings. It also suppresses the appetite, which is how it can help lead to weight loss. I take 500 mcg a day.
