Ever wonder why you go on a diet and lose weight then rapidly gain it again? Here is a list of symptoms that you may be experiencing:

Here's the thing...the more fat you have the higher the estrogen levels. Diets will not work for you unless you detox. Wasting time counting calories, eating nothing but proteins and be right back where you started or worse. Who wants that?... right?!...All that hard work for nothing! Many moons ago I worked as a trainer at Curves For Women. I was overweight when I started and in just a few months I lost over 50 pounds!! However, I worked out 8 to 10 times a day, ate nothing but protein bars, meat and absolutely no carbs...lol I laugh now because I busted my ass and as soon as I got a new job I gained it all back. I did lose the weight but I went about it the wrong way.
It's not very healthy to workout so much and eat nothing but animal protein all day...It is too acidic! I was over working my liver, kidneys and everything else. I was so desperate to lose weight I lost focus on my health. So here it is ...for all you thick girls<3 and big men. Also, let's not leave out women and men that are thinner but are experiencing muscle loss, low energy and flabby skin.
Did you know that all pesticides contain chemicals that mimic estrogen when it enters the blood stream? BPA's (plastic residue) also acts like estrogen and all GMO and processed foods contains synthetic estrogen.
You will prevent diseases and lose weight by detoxifying estrogen from the body. High estrogen levels along with the problems eliminating it are well known to result in prostate and breast cancer. Estrogen is a problem for men as well as women due to multiple factors, especially the huge amounts of chemical estrogen we are exposed to in our daily lives. Cosmetics, shampoo and personal care products such as oil-based coatings, pesticides, and animal hormones including dairy products all contain excess estrogen.
What to do? Well...In all my studies and research there is one fact that rises above all and that is everyone is different...two women with the exact problems might need different treatments and I respect that so much, however it is important to see the similarities in these cases. Too much estrogen is bad and excess body fat = excess estrogen. So to answer the question ...if you fall into this category it is time to detox estrogen.
How to detox Estrogen out of the body safely? That's right! Detoxing estrogen is a delicate process and if you do it wrong you can cause damage to the organs and cells. Now, I don't want to scare you...I merely want to inform you. There is always a wrong way to do something. I am here to share with you the correct way to safely detox and balance the hormones.
In order to detox you have to eat right...Yup... that's right there is no magic pill that will replace a well balanced diet, however, there are supplements to help you along the way. Eating right is a lifestyle not a diet fad. Here is what I'm doing...Organic fruits and vegetables (Can't afford it?) Start a garden...(No room) buy local from a farmers market...and think about how much money you spend when eating out...hmmm? Eating the right portions is important, we have gotten use to eating big...starting to make sense... That's what I thought:)
