It's my day off so even if it was raining it would still be a beautiful day...he he I took my dog for a walk and spent all day just hanging out. I'm making some my famous homemade low-carb granola with all the goodies yum!
Almond flour,wheatgerm, chia seeds, flax seed, rolled oats (old fashion), sesame seeds, sea salt and cinnamon. I bake for 20 minutes then I mix in dates or raisins, 1 or 2 packages of stevia, a little agave for sweetness (low on the glycemic index), coconut oil, peanut or almond butter. Mix all together and bake again. I know I did included exact measurements, I guess I've made enough that I don't need too but if you want them I will gladly post it:)

LOW CALORIE !! Sugar free iced coffee!!! one of my favorite drinks in the world and I don't even have to feel guilty!! I buy instant organic coffee, almond milk, xylitol, stevia, water and ice. So here it is ...This is for cup slightly bigger than the advantage coffee cup... 2 tsp of instant coffee, 3 tsp of xylitol, 1 pack of stevia, fill the cup with water about 80% to leave room for almond milk. I always have to drink a little to add the ice...
