Is your energy balanced?

Working at a health food store isn't always about supplements, organic food and vitamins. If you look through the Natural News Magazines, Informational flyers, Books and lectures you will find a wide range of professionals that study energy and energy healing also know as Reiki. This may seem a bit over the top at first and even I was a little unsure on how to welcome this new form of thinking. I like to think of myself an open minded person so here I am writing about it because it has changed my life for the better. Now when I talk about energy healing you don't necessarily have to go to a place and pay someone to have a session. You can start this process in the privacy of your own home if you prefer, however their are professionals that are advanced in this field and can guide you.

The human energy field

So what is energy and what does it have to do with the human body?  Energy is everything. Everything is made up of atoms/molecules that are formed to create objects. Did you know that humans are electromagnetic beings? Sounds crazy...right? Remember as a kid if you dragged your feet on a rug long enough you can shock someone by touching them?. (Fact) The cells in our bodies communicate with other cells by electrical a charge. It has long been known that activities of cells and tissues generate electrical fields that can be detected on the skin surface. Recent discoveries have proven that all tissues and organs produce specific magnetic pulsations, which have come to be known as bio-magnetic fields.

There are so many things that we as human don't fully understand yet... We assume if we can't see it in the physical world then it doesn't exist. Well, we don't see cell phone signals floating though the air, or radio waves. Human bodies send out similar frequencies. Not possible?? Have you every been thinking about someone and they just happen to call you or show up? Coincidence? No, I don't think so...There are scientific studies to prove this to be fact. Some might say... "If this was true why isn't it on the news or the front page of the New York time?" My answer to that question is this information has been kept classified. I won't get into that subject right now but I have reason to believe that the powers that be do not like to share information that may empower the masses.

 

 I will end this post with some words of wisdom...Start the new year right, shed old skin, old ways of thinking, bad habits and destructive behavior. Forgive, Love yourself more, be kind to others and most of all be strong!...Sfly
