Magnesium

A women walks into the store and says I NEED HELP!!  I can't sleep, my body aches and I'm always constipated. I could see the emergency in her face as she continues on... I get upset at things that normally wouldn't get me mad and I have this I twitch that won't go away!! I've been to the doctor and nothing seems to help and I don't want to take anything with all the side effects. I think I'm going to lose it!!

I had two words for her MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY

Yes, I know this because I went through it. All of her symptoms were all to familiar. I was even losing a hair because magnesium is responsible for the absorption of potassium. When magnesium is too low, this will cause the nervous system to be out of balance. Magnesium restores balance to the nerves as well as the muscles, so you see why this mineral is so important.

Magnesium help to balance sugar levels. Insulin is the hormone which helps with the regulation of glucose (sugar) metabolism. Magnesium has been found to improve insulin's response to dietary sugar, and improve the action of insulin in regulating blood sugar levels.

Colon health is so important and more than 50% of Americans die from Colon cancer each year. Constipation wreaks havoc on the body. Example: When food is being digested, enzymes will break apart the food, sending the toxins and waste to the colon. If the waste is not properly eliminated from the body, it just sits and consequently the toxins get reabsorbed into the bloodstream. Recycled toxins = NOT GOOD. It's a vicious cycle..

Good news: Magnesium is responsible for the production of approximately 72 enzymes. This means that taking a magnesium supplement will improve your body's ability to digest, absorb and eliminate. I take magnesium EVERYDAY..

Last but not least I'd like to share my eye-twitch story with you.. I had an eye-twitch for over a month, OMG do you know how annoying this is? Everyone has stressful days and having an eye-twitch while your having one of these days makes it SO much worse!! I would go to work and my eye would twitch.. I would go home and my eye would twitch.. I would go to sleep, and my eye would NOT STOP TWITCHING!!! It felt like everyone could see my eye twitching, lol. So I bought a magnesium powdered drink thinking, "this is not going to do the trick.." It seemed too easy. But what the heck, I had nothing to lose except for the twitch..

So I drank the magnesium & went to bed.. I woke up the next morning, went to work and didn't notice until late afternoon that my eye hadn't twitched ALL DAY :) And the best thing about it is the twitch has never haunted me since.. I <3 magnesium.
