GOT STRESS?

We've all been there...right? Overworked, family dramas, hyper kids, past due bills, relationship issues or all of the above. The trouble is more people just go about there day like it's normal to feel this way! IT IS NOT NORMAL!! When you are under a lot of stress your body starts to produce toxins and sends them out into your bloodstream.

High blood pressure is linked to stress & weight gain. The inability to lose weight is also linked to stress. So you see
this can lead to bigger problems.

Stress is unhealthy and we need to minimize it as much as possible. Letting it pile up is only asking for trouble. You will find yourself feeling unable to get through the day without having an anxiety attack. Believe me, I know because I've been there. So what do you do about it? There are natural ways to balance stress levels. If you are on mao inhibitors and want to switch to a natural approach please consult with a Doctor. There are so many wonderful Holistic Doctors to help you with that transition.

This remedy is not for people currently on mao inhibitors!

MY HOMEMADE STRESS LESS TEA:
4 Part Nettle
1 Part St. John
1 Part  Passionflower
3 Part Chamomile

I mix all my herbs in a Mason Jar so when I need a cup I use 4-6 Tablespoons for each quart of water.

The tea is more for at home so when I'm out and about I use Bach Remedies. This company has completely blown me away with their training courses. Absolutely amazing information, I love all of their products. It works on everyone regardless of age and it even works on animals. Just a few sprays and you start to feel the pressure disappear. Unlike any other products Bach remedies do not interfere with medications. Go ahead a try it, you won't be sorry.

I have many other remedies for stress I'd like to share in future blogs...For now smile, love and be grateful because life is precious. Until next time...Sfly
